About me
I am Liz Brock. I was a registered nurse for 26 years having trained at St. George's Hospital in London, and now as a reflexologist I am happy that I have been able to adapt my approach to health and wellbeing in a more holistic way.
I was taught by David Wayte, director of Jubilee College, Nottingham. David was the first reflexologist to be made a member of the Royal Society of Medicine.
I graduated as a clinical reflexologist in 2013 with a Level 5 Practioners Mastership, and I enjoy attending further courses each year to continue my professional development.
